On September 9, 2025, Zhu Guangxia, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China MCC, met with Huang Weixiang, Director of the Building & Construction Authority, and his parties at MCC Building, and they conducted exchanges on strengthening cooperation between the two sides. 

Zhu Guangxia welcomed Huang Weixiang and his parties to MCC Headquarters and briefly introduced China MCC's business development, especially the progress of its overseas operations. He stated that China MCC is unswervingly implementing its overseas strategy. It attaches great importance to the Singapore market, and is willing to give full play to its role as the president unit of the China Enterprises Association (Singapore) to further strengthen connections and exchanges with the Building & Construction Authority and promote the in-depth and solid development of China-Singapore economic and trade cooperation.  

Huang Weixiang thanked Zhu Guangxia for his warm reception and introduced the basic situation of the Building & Construction Authority and the Singaporean construction market. He stated that with the vigorous development of the construction market, Singapore's demand for foreign labor services is constantly rising. He expressed his hope to deepen cooperation with China MCC in the introduction and training of high-level foreign technical workers. The Building & Construction Authority welcomed the deep participation of China MCC in the local construction market, and was willing to provide support for China MCC's development in Singapore.  

Relevant department heads of the Building & Construction Authority, including Mei Ziqi and Chen Liduan, and principals of relevant departments of MCC Headquarters and its subsidiaries, including Wang Bo, attended the meeting.
