On December 2, Zhu Guangxia visited Huangshi to meet with Qie Yingcai, Party Secretary of Huangshi Municipal Committee. Both parties engaged in cordial discussions regarding deepening government-enterprise cooperation. Zhu Guangxia expressed gratitude to the Huangshi Municipal Party Committee and Government for their care and support of China MCC's development, and briefly introduced China MCC's "one core, two main bodies, five specialties" business framework. He stated that the two parties have continuously strengthened strategic mutual trust over the long term, establishing a solid foundation and deep friendship, creating opportunities for broader, deeper, and larger-scale collaboration. He expressed hope for enhanced pragmatic cooperation in mining and new energy, urban renewal, and other sectors to jointly create a new paradigm for central-local government cooperation. 

Qie Yingcai welcomed Zhu Guangxia's delegation and thanked China MCC for its long-term support of Huangshi's economic and social development. He stated that Huangshi is focusing on the goal of "advancing to the first tier and contributing to hub construction," vigorously promoting economic development, with all current indicators performing better than the same historical period. He expressed hope for strengthened communication and exchange between both parties, deepening and expanding strategic cooperation, and jointly creating landmark projects of central-local collaboration to achieve better results and deeper cooperation, elevating win-win cooperation to new heights. 

Prior to the meeting, Zhu Guangxia conducted on-site inspections at the China MCC WSGRI Daye Deep Underground Hydrogen Storage Research and Pilot Base project, provided guidance to employees, and established work requirements regarding project safety production, progress quality, and implementation of "dual responsibilities for one position." 

In Wuhan, Hubei, Zhu Guangxia also visited China First Metallurgical Group and MCC Southern for marketing symposiums, reviewed subsidiary company reports, discussed "15th Five-Year Plan" marketing strategies with subsidiaries, and provided work recommendations. 

Participating in related activities were Zhu Hongwei, Standing Committee Member and Secretary-General of Huangshi Municipal Party Committee, Dong Guoping, Standing Committee Member and Deputy Mayor, among others; and China MCC headquarters department and subsidiary leaders Zheng Jianhui, Zang Zhonghai, Chen Yang, Lao Xiaoyun, Wang Bo, Huang Nengchao, and others.
