On November 5, Chen Jianguang, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy General Manager of China Minmetals, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China MCC, held working discussions with Yu Zhicheng, Secretary of Qingshan District Party Committee and Chemical Industry Zone Party Working Committee in Wuhan, to exchange views on further deepening government-enterprise cooperation. During his visit to Wuhan, Chen Jianguang conducted research and provided guidance at China First Metallurgical Corporation, and showed appreciation to cadres and employees.
Chen Jianguang stated that MCC is currently thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, coordinating the formulation of the 15th Five-Year Plan, and striving to build new advantages for high-quality development. The cooperation between MCC and Qingshan District has deep historical roots, solid foundations, and broad prospects. MCC has consistently committed to developing, building, and serving Qingshan District. In the future, the company will continue leveraging its integrated full industrial chain advantages, further innovate cooperation models, optimize resource allocation, and strive to achieve new results in areas such as "dual new" construction, jointly writing a new chapter in government-enterprise cooperation.
Yu Zhicheng indicated that Qingshan District is focusing on building a "335" modern industrial system, emphasizing both traditional industry transformation and upgrading alongside cultivating and strengthening emerging and future industries, promoting industrial economic transformation and upgrading. He hopes both parties will expand cooperation scope and enhance cooperation effectiveness, deepening collaboration in areas such as industrial upgrading and urban renewal. During his stay in Wuhan, Chen Jianguang conducted research and guidance at China First Metallurgical Corporation and showed appreciation to cadres and employees. Chen Jianguang presented six requirements for the enterprise to strengthen core functions and enhance core competitiveness: First, strengthen Party building leadership and maintain correct development direction.
