MCC Capital Engineering & Research Incorporation Limited

Data-Driven High-Quality Aviation-Grade Titanium Alloy Rolling Technology and Intelligent Equipment Innovation Research

This outcome pioneered a new paradigm for high-efficiency rolling of aerospace-grade titanium alloy bar and wire products. Pioneered the unconventional "rolling-in-lieu-of-forging" manufacturing process, achieving Ø900mm large-section titanium alloy rolling with yield rates reaching 81.4%. Developed "single-heat forming" near-isothermal rolling technology with temperature control precision of ±50°C, enabling a breakthrough increase in titanium alloy coil weight from 70kg to 200kg, with performance variation ≤20MPa, resolving critical bottlenecks in aerospace fastener materials. Independently developed the world's largest BDM850 integrated rolling equipment and control system, featuring lateral positioning accuracy of ±0.3mm and roll gap precision of ±0.2mm, achieving fully automated temperature-controlled rolling throughout the entire process flow. This achievement has been implemented across multiple enterprises including TC Aerospace and Taiyuan Iron & Steel, generating cumulative economic benefits exceeding 2.5 billion yuan and substantially enhancing national strategic material self-sufficiency capabilities.

China First Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd.

Key Technologies for Ultra-Deep Large-Scale Circular Rock-Penetrating Underground Space Construction

The Beihu Wastewater Treatment Plant deep tunnel pump station features a circular excavation with approximately 140m perimeter and 43m diameter. The diaphragm wall extends 56m deep with excavation depth reaching 48m. This pump station represents the largest single-phase wastewater lift station constructed domestically at the time. The multi-guide hole curved slotting technology was unprecedented both domestically and internationally, requiring exceptional construction quality standards. This technology ensured construction safety and quality control for ultra-deep excavations while enhancing large-scale equipment adaptability in weak, heterogeneous, and complex geological formations. As a key technological achievement, it received the China Association of Construction Enterprise Management's Engineering Construction Science and Technology Award, establishing it as a benchmark project in complex geological ultra-deep excavation applications.

Research and Application of Key Technologies for Lean Construction of Large-Span Complex Irregular Metal Roofing

This research established an integrated three-component technical framework encompassing "digital roof design - intelligent steel structure construction - high-precision metal roofing installation," overcoming critical bottlenecks in parametric modeling, intelligent construction, and precision installation for large-span complex irregular steel structure roofing systems. The developed domestic intelligent collaborative design platform eliminated foreign monopolization, achieving comprehensive digitalization throughout complex steel structure engineering design processes. Modeling cycles were significantly reduced while enhancing modeling quality. Multiple metal roofing panel installation adjustment devices were employed to reduce panel fabrication complexity and effectively improve installation precision, achieving millimeter-level steel structure construction accuracy control.

Construction Technology for Over 100-Meter Span Four-Point Supported H-Steel Trusses in Cultural Heritage Preservation Projects

This technology was developed for the Cao Cao Mausoleum archaeological site project, dating approximately 1,800 years. The project encompasses multiple significant archaeological sites with tomb chambers exhibiting structural deformation and cracking, requiring minimal construction disturbance. The innovative "reverse-reinforced truss with dual-track sliding" system enables high-altitude cumulative sliding installation of large-span orthogonal H-steel trusses exceeding 100 meters. This represents the first application of such span capabilities in domestic cultural heritage preservation projects, effectively protecting artifacts from construction interference while ensuring structural safety, achieving international leadership standards. This technology applies to large-span steel roof construction, particularly suited for cultural heritage preservation projects, with successful implementation at the Northern Song Dynasty Dongjing City Shuntianmen Site Museum project.
